The Sales Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the sales processes, managing the sales team, analysing sales data, improving sales strategies, and coordinating between different departments. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, training and guiding the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing sales operations initiatives to drive revenue growth.Qualifications- Experience in Sales Operations, Management, and Team Leadership - Strong analytical skills, proficient in Sales Data Analysis, and Forecasting - Competency in CRM software and Sales Process Improvement - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the energy sector is a plus - Proven track record of successful sales operations management
