Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly capable DevOps Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines. This role is ideal for mid-level professionals with strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of cloud-native tools, and a passion for creating reliable, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI to streamline development and deployment.

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Set up and manage containerized environments with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.

- Monitor and ensure system health by implementing effective logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

- Automate routine operational tasks through scripting (Bash, Python, etc.) to improve system efficiency.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth release cycles and manage environments for development, staging, and production.

- Apply best practices for system reliability, scalability, and security.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or cloud infrastructure roles.

- Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Proficient in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools for infrastructure provisioning.

- Familiar with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.

- Strong working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Hands-on experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

- Good command of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell for automation.

- Understanding of networking, security principles, and system performance optimization.

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to serverless architecture and microservices.

- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.

- Background working in agile or remote-first teams.
