You’ll be the one ensuring that every step of the onboarding process - from verifying documents to setting up accounts - runs accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, giving you the opportunity to build strong internal connections while directly impacting client satisfaction. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy taking ownership of critical processes, this role is for you.What You Will Do:Review and verify client documentation, manage pending KYC and KYB casesProcess onboarding-related tickets accurately and within SLACommunicate with Sales and Compliance to resolve missing or unclear information.Ensure complete and compliant onboarding for both individual and legal entity clientsSecurely store all client documents in the internal CRM systemEscalate high-risk cases or irregularities to Compliance for further review.Support 2FA resets, profile disabling/enabling, and basic account changes during onboardingMonitor client profiles for red flags, conduct World Check screenings and re-screeningsEnsure proper CRM setup and sales assignment, conduct CRM configuration testing to ensure all automations function correctlyWhat We Are Looking For:Strong understanding of KYC/KYB and AML processesExperience onboarding both individual and corporate clients is preferredFamiliarity with internal tools like CRM (FXBO), Jira, Teams, and Outlook, FreshdeskExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and coordination skills across departmentsAbility to manage time-sensitive tasks with efficiencyDiscretion in handling sensitive client informationAbility to work on shifts and weekendsReady to take the next step in your career?
