Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage Google Analytics (GA4) tracking across websites and digital assets. Set up and maintain measurement plans, custom events, conversion tracking, and tag management (using GTM or similar tools). Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key KPIs and performance metrics. Analyze website performance, user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with marketing, development, and UX teams to provide insights and recommendations. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot tracking issues and discrepancies. Stay updated with the latest GA features, industry trends, and best practices. Assist in A/B testing and campaign tracking analysis. Job Requirements: 3–5 years of experience working with Google Analytics (GA4). Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and other analytics/reporting tools. Solid understanding of website architecture, user journeys, and digital marketing funnels. Experience in setting up event tracking, goals, eCommerce tracking, and UTM tagging. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience with A/B testing platforms and CRO is a plus. Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or data layer structures is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders. Experience Required: 3 - 5 Years
Educational Qualification: Google Analytics Certification (GA4) or related credentials. Experience with tools like BigQuery, Segment, Amplitude, or Mixpanel is a plus. Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Job Location: Dehradun
