Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working closely with engineering, product development, and other internal teams to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction. Meeting Sales Goals: Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship building. Providing Technical Support: Offering technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process and beyond. Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor information.Required SkillsStrong Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills are essential for success in this role. Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of the products or services being sold, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and solve customer problems and provide effective solutions. Relationship Building: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively communicating with customers and internal teams. Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities. Presentation Skills: The ability to present product information clearly and effectively.Qualifications: BE Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent (MBA preferred but not must)Desired Experience and Skills: Interaction with automotive OEMs Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes 2-3 years of experience in Sales in Automotive Industry (EV preferred) Proven experience in selling electric vehicle parts is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends. Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
