The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing NetSuite CRM functionalities to drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CRM integration, data accuracy, and business process alignment that enhances customer relationship management.Key Responsibilities Leadimplementation and optimizationof NetSuite CRM modules – includinglead management, opportunity tracking, sales forecasting, and customer lifecycle automation . Customize dashboards, workflows, and reportsto improve visibility into customer pipelines and sales activities. EnableCRM automationfor lead nurturing, follow-ups, and campaign performance tracking. Collaborate with Finance, Projects, and Operations teams toensure CRM integrationacross business functions. Conductrequirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and documentationfor CRM-related projects. Deliveruser training and supportpost-go-live to enhance adoption and efficiency. Identify and recommendprocess improvementsand workflow enhancements leveraging NetSuite CRM capabilities.Required Skills & Qualifications ✅Must-HaveBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 7+ years of overall hands-on experience in NetSuite, including at least4+ yearsof specialized experience inCRM implementationandsupport . Strong understanding ofsales process management ,customer lifecycle , andCRM reporting . Proven expertise inNetSuite configuration, dashboard creation, saved searches, and workflow automation . Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements intofunctional and technical CRM solutions .Nice-to-Have NetSuite Certifications– SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or CRM Specialist. Experience withCRM integrations(Marketing Automation, Finance, or Projects). Exposure tomulti-entityorglobal business environments . Understanding ofdata migrationandsystem optimizationbest practices.Additional Information Important Notes ValidPF accountrequired for full-time onboarding.
