Role Description As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates for our Dubai operations and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency), ideally with international hiring exposure Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills What we offer Fully remote work flexibility Competitive compensation package Opportunity to work with a global team Professional development and growth opportunities
