About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based architectures.

The role involves designing, implementing, and scaling advanced AI solutions that drive automation and efficiency in legal, compliance, and financial risk workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on next-gen AI initiatives with cutting-edge tools, cloud platforms, and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities :

AI/LLM Development & Architecture :

- Architect and implement multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen.

- Build and optimize context-aware RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for high-quality, grounded outputs.

- Fine-tune and customize Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA).

System Design & Deployment :

- Design, deploy, and scale Generative AI services using FastAPI, integrated with Azure AI pipelines.

- Orchestrate complex agent workflows including memory, planning, and reasoning-based decision-making tools.

- Develop APIs and manage ML workflows with MLflow in distributed Applications :

- Partner with product, engineering, and legal domain experts to identify automation opportunities in legal and compliance workflows.

- Apply NLP techniques (NER, topic modeling, semantic search) to extract insights from unstructured legal and financial data.

Data Engineering & Management :

- Manage and optimize structured/unstructured data pipelines using PostgreSQL, Solr, and CosmosDB.

- Work with vector databases for semantic search and embedding-based retrieval.

- Ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready AI deployments in cloud environments (Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock).

Key Requirements :

Education :

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Technical Skills & Experience :

- 5- 10 years of experience in AI/ML, with strong hands-on exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based systems.

- Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in libraries such as : LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, spaCy, scikit-learn.

- Proven experience with fine-tuning, customizing, and deploying LLMs.

- Hands-on experience in Agentic AI developing tool-using, reasoning, and autonomous agents.

- Strong grasp of RAG architectures, semantic search, and embedding techniques.

- Skilled in building and deploying APIs using FastAPI.

- Proficient in SQL, Linux environments, and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Experience with MLflow, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and MLOps practices.

Preferred Experience :

- Working with financial services, compliance, or legal tech domains.

- Exposure to cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
