About the Role :We are looking for a Data Scientist with 4-8 years of experience to join our innovative team. In this role, you will focus on AI model development, data analysis, and deployment, contributing to advanced legal technology solutions.

You'll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance business performance, streamline operations, and drive technological innovation. Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and refine AI models, incorporating user feedback and domain expertise for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless AI solution deployment and integration.
  • Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights that support decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain databases and data repositories efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.
  • Document data collection processes, analytical methods, and technical workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Expertise in LangChain or similar frameworks for generative AI development.
  • Experience in building FastAPIs to integrate AI models with APIs.
  • Solid understanding of MLflow for tracking and logging model development.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain machine learning (ML) solutions.
  • Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Experience with Azure AI Cloud Services or similar cloud-based AI platforms.
