National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) Head-Admissions – Shamirpet, Hyderabad National Institute of Construction Management and Researchis a pioneering organization for the promotion of education, training, research, professionalism, and skill formation at all levels of the construction and other allied industries. NICMAR is an independent, autonomous, non-government, non-profit entity incorporated in Mumbai.JOB PURPOSE:The Head-Admissions for NICMAR Hyderabad will lead the admissions department and oversee the entire student recruitment and enrollment process. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing and implementing admissions policies, procedures and strategies to attract and enroll qualified students Responsible for achievement of specific targets for on-campus admissions, revenue and ensuring alignment with overall enrolment goals. This includes conversion of applications to admissions through the process of conducting Entrance test to GD/PI to collection of fees (Including EMI cases). Reviewing and evaluating student applications, making final admission decisions Responsible for guiding students through the final steps of enrolment, such as document submission, fee payment, and onboarding. Also, cater to new batch induction & onboarding Providing guidance to applicants on admission requirements, financial aid, and enrollment Planning and executing recruitment activities such as campus tours, information sessions, industry interface and attendance at college fairs Manage Transfer and Drop-Outs and accordingly reaching out to Marketing Team on real-time basis for sourcing more applications Collaborating with other departments (marketing, academics, etc.) to promote the institution and ensure a smooth admissions process Analyzing admissions data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and accreditation standards Managing the budget and represent and brand institute for external events and conferencesINTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP: Internal Working under Director – Hyderabad Campus & dotted line reporting to Director – Sales & MarketingExternal Relevant stakeholders. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT: Master’s degree Relevant experience in Higher Education Institute (HEI) or a related field Proven track record of developing and implementing successful admissions strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information email id: hroffice@nicmar.ac.in
