You will design and deliver interactive sessions, both online and offline, to enhance communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and workplace readiness among participants. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, practical teaching experience, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by transforming skill development into measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities Training Design & Delivery Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate learner progress. Design and develop training content, lesson plans, and learning materials. Facilitate engaging training sessions in classrooms and virtual environments. Deliver sessions on communication skills, teamwork, time management, leadership, and workplace ethics. Incorporate interactive techniques, role plays, and digital tools for effective learning. Monitoring & Evaluation Track participant attendance, engagement, and performance. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluation tools. Recommend and implement continuous improvements in training delivery. Maintain accurate records of all training sessions and outcomes. Coordination & Collaboration Work closely with program coordinators and departmental heads to align training goals. Coordinate with stakeholders, industry experts, and employers for program enhancement. Support the development of e-learning modules and digital learning content. Ensure training materials adhere to industry standards and organizational objectives. Learner Support & Engagement Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to participants. Foster an inclusive, motivating, and supportive learning environment. Address individual learning challenges with empathy and patience. Skills & Competencies Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms. Ability to design engaging instructional content. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude. High level of empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ability to travel as required for training assignments.
