Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer with 5-10 years of professional experience, with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). The ideal candidate is a technical expert and a strong communicator, capable of bridging the gap between customer needs and our AI-powered products. You will be responsible for understanding complex business challenges and designing and demonstrating how our solutions can effectively solve them. This role requires a hands-on technical professional who can build prototypes, lead product demonstrations, and provide expert guidance throughout the sales and customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Solution Design : Work closely with the sales team and clients to deeply understand their business and technical requirements. Design and architect technical solutions that leverage our AI platform to address their specific challenges.

- Product Demonstrations and Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to a diverse audience, including C-level executives, developers, and data scientists.

- Proof-of-Concept Development : Build and manage technical proofs-of-concept (POCs) and pilots to demonstrate the value and feasibility of our AI solutions.

- Technical Expertise and Support : Act as a subject matter expert on our AI products, providing

technical guidance to clients and internal teams. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.

- Feedback and Collaboration : Act as a key liaison between the product and engineering teams and the customer. Gather and relay valuable market feedback to inform the product roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Core Experience : 5-10 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or a similar customer-facing technical role, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML.

Technical Proficiency :

- A solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts.

- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and data integration.

Professional Attributes :

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and translate

complex business problems into technical solutions.

- A proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Skills :

- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools.

- Experience in a specific industry, such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
