Hi FolksWe are Currently hiring for AM .HR with a Leading firm based in Pune.We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles across various departments such as sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, customer service, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and hiring candidates for a wide range of non-IT functions and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.Designation: AM HR Qualification: Graduate Salary: upto 7LPA Exp: Min 4-6yrs Loc: Pune (BANER) Notice period: Immediate only (for Assistant Manager role we are hiring for Pune Location (Baner)/ HR Recruitment (80%) & HR Operations (20%) and Max Salary upto 7LPA)Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions across departments (Non-IT as applicable) Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines accordingly Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and campus hiring Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and background checks Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding in coordination with HR operations Mentor and guide junior recruiters or team members to achieve recruitment targets Maintain recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness Collaborate with external recruitment vendors and ensure service-level compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring regulations, and data confidentiality Provide regular reports and updates to HR leadership and stakeholders Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practicesQualifications & Skills: 4–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), with exposure to managing hiring across multiple functions Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and HRMS systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlinesInterested Candidates kindly share your resume at khushi@shunyatattva.co.in or whts up at 9869200181.RegardsKhushi Rane Hr Manager - Human Resources Khushi@shunyatattva.co.in 9869200181 Shunyatattva Management Consultant
