While most companies produce thousands of identical fixtures, we create a few hundred unique pieces — each carefully designed, engineered, and crafted to suit a client’s aesthetic and technical requirements.Every light we build is a customized creation — designed in-house, developed through specialized vendors, and finally hand-finished or assembled in our own workshop. Our focus is not on volume, but on perfection, precision, and lasting value.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Quality Manager who can ensure world-class craftsmanship and reliability in every light that leaves our workshop. This role demands deep technical understanding, a sharp eye for detail, and a zero-tolerance attitude toward compromise.The right candidate should be capable of managing complete quality control across in-house and vendor processes with minimal manpower. Since every project we undertake is different, this person must be capable of learning, researching, and adapting quickly to new materials, techniques, and manufacturing methods.Key Responsibilities1.
