For more information, please visit www.solifi.com.About the Team:Working with an agile based DevOps team across the globe to deliver business requirementsAbout the Position:As an Azure DevOps Engineering at Solifi, you will play a strategic role that spans product development, support, security, infrastructure, and customer success teams. You will work closely with product developers, the support team, and business clients, administering and supporting the Solifi application, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.In this role, you will help manage quarterly product release schedules, administer tenants and Azure servers around the globe, and maximize the use of Microsoft DevOps for CI/CD and quality management. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing daily build processes and automation tools to ensure developers have stable solution code and testers have reliable environments. This position will give you exposure to all operational functions of the company, with opportunities to grow your expertise in areas of interest, while working with the latest Microsoft technologies on a fast-paced and innovative team.Responsibilities and Deliverables:• Proven expert at setting up software build/release processes in environments using Azure DevOps and Git.• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics Solutions into the build process.• Strong knowledge of Azure resource administration, ARM templates, Power Apps administration, logging, and reporting monitored resources.• Primary responsibility: Design, implement, and manage daily build management processes and automation tools to provide developers with stable code and testers with clean environment builds.• Implement and stay up to date with Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling.• Create and manage Azure DevOps Services build and release definitions for deployments across Solifi tenant(s) and customer production environments.• Set up continuous build/integration capabilities.• Act as the company’s subject matter expert (SME) in CI/CD implementation.• Bring prior software product company experience (not just internal IT) to the role.• Demonstrate energy, curiosity, and collaborative problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.Other Responsibilities:• Lead release management, including organizing and scheduling releases, coordinating with developers, QA, and stakeholders.• Perform build/deploy activities for releases into Dev, Test, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.• Support production deployments and assist in troubleshooting deployment issues.• Assist with branching/merging strategies to support parallel development requirements.• Act as liaison between application development and infrastructure teams to establish required environments.• Serve as SME for software development life-cycle tools supporting testing, monitoring, integration/release, and scheduling.• Monitor environments, usage, and configurations to improve capacity and performance.• Participate in system performance tuning and technical troubleshooting sessions.• Monitor both internal and customer environments for performance and uptime.• Ensure adherence to security policies and processes.• Act as escalation contact for internal and external support/help desk (build/deploy tickets).• Maintain a knowledge base and support documentation.• Assist clients with software configuration and data management related to build and deploy.Preferred Experience Level: 8+ yearsAbout You: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (or actively working toward certification with proven hands-on experience).• Highly motivated and creative, with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development. Energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoy collaborating with teams to deliver outstanding products.• Experience guiding development teams in software configuration management and automating build/release pipelines.• Led the transition from manual processes to fully automated CI/CD environments using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Microsoft Dynamics solutions.• Confident working independently as the founding DevOps expert for a new function.• Responsible for managing global product build and release cycles, delivering Solifi products to diverse internal and external tenants.• Designed and implemented automated build and released pipelines to streamline global deployments.• Foster collaboration among software development, QA, business analysis, project management, infrastructure, and customer success teams.• Administer and support Solifi applications, Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.• Gained exposure to all operational areas, with future opportunities for specialization based on interest.• Combine critical and creative thinking with a passion for fast-paced, innovative problem-solving.• Manage quarterly product release schedules and oversee administration of global Azure servers and tenants.• Utilize cutting-edge Microsoft technologies to maximize CI/CD and quality management for product delivery.Qualifications & Required Skills & Experience:• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Azure Administration Associate (pre-requisites for the DevOps Engineer Expert certification)• Experience with Dynamics Solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform• Full understanding of cloud computing fundamentals PowerShell and knowledge of JSON and XML for configuration files.• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills• Analytical mind with an ability to quickly dissect information Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision• Ability to quickly investigate and learn new technologies and third-party products• Fully proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office productivity tools• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred Skills & Experience:• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/devops-engineer/)• Experience with Power Platform Build Tools extension
