This role involves driving implementations, designing and customizing workflows, and ensuring successful delivery of client solutions on theCollibra platformwith strong expertise inGroovy scripting and Java development .Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Delivery & Implementation Bridge the gap between project and support teams throughtechno-functional expertise . Drive the end-to-end implementation process – fromrequirement gatheringtointegration, configuration, workflow design, and production deployment . Design, build, and maintainCollibra workflowsto automate governance processes and improve user experience. Develop custom solutions usingGroovy scriptingand integrate with external systems usingCollibra APIs . Build, customize, and enhance applications usingJava IDE tools (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, etc.) . Assess feasibility of new business requirements and provideoptimal solutions with clear timelines . Support solutioning fromarchitecture design, coding, testing, and implementationphases. Understand functional and technical design to ensure successful delivery on theCollibra / ERP platform . Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integratesolutions through coding and configuration. Implement business processes and translate them into effectiveCollibra/ERP solutions . Develop automation tools and solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align technical and functional needs. ProvideL2/L3 product supportand resolve day-to-day technical issues. Work with on-site managers and provide necessary off-site support and updates.2. Skill Development & Competency Building Continuously upgrade skills by clearing internal certifications and attending trainings/seminars. Stay updated with the latest indata governance, Collibra platform, workflow automation, Groovy, and integration technologies . Contribute to knowledge-building initiatives by writingarticles, case studies, or white papers .✅Required Skills & Qualifications 8–12 years of overall IT experience, withstrong expertise in Collibra development and implementation . Proven experience designing and deployingCollibra Workflowsusing BPMN. Proficiency inGroovy scriptingfor custom automation and workflow customization. Experience withJava IDE tools (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, etc.)for solution development and integration. Strong understanding ofdata governance principles, metadata management, and data lineage . Experience incustomization, API integration, workflows, and automationon the Collibra platform.
