Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for various recruiting tasks including sales recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting. The role involves managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires. Effective account management and communication will also be crucial day-to-day tasks. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle RecruitingExperience in Hiring and Account ManagementExcellent Communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldPrevious experience in the consulting or staffing industry is a plus
