Job Responsibilities:


Operations Management :

  • Supervise daily operations within the factory to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance production efficiency and meet set targets.
  • Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and resource usage to ensure timely product delivery.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and uphold quality control standards to meet regulatory and customer demands.
  • Conduct regular inspections to pinpoint areas for enhancement and enact necessary adjustments.

Leadership:

  • Lead and inspire a team of production personnel and supervisors to attain production objectives.
  • Offer guidance, training, and assistance to boost employee competence and effectiveness.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Guarantee adherence to health, safety, and company protocols for a secure workplace.
  • Conduct safety training and foster a safety-conscious atmosphere among staff.

Resource Allocation:

  • Effectively manage factory resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to maximize productivity and minimize expenses.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure prompt access to necessary resources.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost-cutting measures.
  • Implement lean manufacturing methodologies to streamline operations and elevate productivity.
