Role Overview :

As a Data Analyst specializing in Python libraries and proficient in Excel and other document formats, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to uncover insights and inform strategic decision-making. You will leverage your expertise in Python and its associated libraries, along with your skills in Excel, to perform data manipulation, visualization, and analysis.

Your contributions will be crucial to the development of data driven solutions that enhance our AI offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop and implement data analysis workflows using Python and its libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn).

- Utilize SQL for data analysis, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros.

- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Python libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly.

- Work with Excel and other document formats (e.g., CSV, XML) to manipulate and present data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis to support the development and optimization of AI models.

- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis findings.

- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing data cleaning and preprocessing tasks.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analysis techniques, Python libraries, and Excel functionalities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- 4 + years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on using Python and its libraries.

- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and macros.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)

- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the BPO industry or related domains.

- Familiarity with AI applications in K12 education, legal compliance, auditing, and taxation.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
