We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst/Scientist to join our Digital Labs team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in data analysis and modeling, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and expertise in statistical techniques and machine learning. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, developing predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights and decision-making.Experience5-6 years of experience as data scientist and hands on experience in data analysis, data modelling and related tools.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements for data exploration, analysis, and modeling use cases.Gaining end-to-end understanding of data flow, from application to database and reports.Designing and developing robust machine learning models and deploying them to production.Education QualificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.Certification RequiredProfessional certifications in data analysis, statistics, or machine learning.Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure certifications would be an advantage.Technical SkillsData exploration, data analysis, data modeling, and hypothesis testing.RDBMS, SQL, BigQuery.Programming Languages: R/Python.Statistics, probability theory, probability distribution, hypothesis testing, understanding the difference between Bayesian and frequentist approach to analysis and its use cases.ML models like Regression (Linear & Logistic), Decision Tree, Random Forest, etc.Experience with GCP/Azure cloud ecosystem.Proficiency in MS Office products – Excel, PowerPoint.Non-Negotiable SkillsKnowledge of RDBMS, SQL and data explorationPresentation skills and MS office products – Excel, PowerPointMachine Learning – creating ML models and model selection
