Job Summary:We are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.You will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics and experimentation to scale our business efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.- Plan and manage campaigns across digital channels including paid search, social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.- Lead A/B testing and other experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics.- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth efforts with overall business goals.- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track growth KPIs and inform decision-making.- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging channels to maintain competitive advantage.- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's /master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.- 4-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Excel).- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.- Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.- Experience running A/B tests and other growth experiments.- Excellent project management and communication skills.- Creative mindset combined with data-driven decision making (ref:iimjobs.com)
