Were hiring a DevOps Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead and scale our DevOps/Platform Engineering team (currently 5 engineers). This is a hands-on leadership role where youll drive infrastructure strategy, build a secure and scalable platform, and enable rapid product Description :

Role : Devops Lead.

Reporting to : Sr VP Technology.

Location : Youll Do :

- Lead the design and evolution of our AWS-first cloud infrastructure (EKS, VPC, IAM, Terraform, etc.)

- Build and operate Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and internal developer workflows.

- Drive SRE practices : define SLAs/SLOs, set up alerting/on-call, manage incidents.

- Champion automation, security, and reliability across the stack.

- Collaborate with engineering, security, and product to support scale and delivery velocity.

- Contribute to our multi-cloud readiness as we Looking For :

- 10+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infra roles, with 3+ years leading teams or projects.

- Deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, and Terraform.

- Strong focus on security, automation, observability, and scalability.

- Familiarity with other clouds (GCP, Azure), GitOps (ArgoCD), FinOps, or platform engineering is a big plus.
