Learning Experience Designer

In brief, here’s what you could do in our team:
- Build fun and engaging Learning Games & Courses.
- Well-versed with tools like Game-based Learning & Creative Question Design
- Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders around the world
- Develop simulation courses using Storyline, SCORM packages on LMS
- Created curriculums, design documents & storyboards for WBLs, ILTs and Webinars
The Details:
- Create and maintain strong content that fulfils company standards and customer goals.
- Identify customers’ needs and analyse current content to make improvements as necessary.
- Create content for Webpages.
- Create content for Marketing & Promotional Videos / Teasers.
- Review and refine content already in place.
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal teams.
- Work closely with the web, design, and video team to develop high impact deliverables.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback into overall production and continuously improve.
- Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure high-volume content is delivered on time.
- Work on multiple projects of different delivery types.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A Bachelors’ Degree
2. Excellent writing and editing skills (English) for a Global audience
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Desire to work in a fast-paced global environment
5. Research & Detail Oriented
6. Ability to transform complex, technical content into engaging and easily understandable information
7. Have idea on latest trends in Instructional Design
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements
1. A degree in Psychology, English, Education, or any other relevant subjects
2. 2-5 Years of experience as a Content Writer, Instructional Designer or similar role.
3. Impeccable writing and editing skills (English) for a Global audience
4. Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams and deliver on deadlines
5. A portfolio of published content in varying domains
6. Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, and Figma
Skillset: Storyboarding, Instructional Designing, Stakeholder Management, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tools: Articulate Suite (Mandatory) Extensive Experience
Job Type: 12 Months Employee Contract renewable year on year
Joining: 30 days
City: Bengaluru, 2 days' work from office (Hybrid Work)
