Your Role
You will be a full-time, on-site Learning Experience Designer at Be Clear in Bengaluru.
As a LXD, you will generate engaging and informative content for our simulation-led gamified environments.

The learning experiences will aim to foster structured thought in students and teachers and help them apply it in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

Educational Materials for the Product:

Develop bite-size learning content integrated with gamification, building lesson plans to maximise delivery of the learning experience, tutorials, infographics, and video scripts to support teachers and students in their learning journeys.

Research and develop relevant content based on target groups.

Research and Analysis:

Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, educational methodologies, and competitor content to inform and improve our content strategy.


Collaboration:
Work closely with the product development team, subject matter experts, and educators to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

User interviews:

You will be expected to meet and experiment content with potential users as well as collect and implement relevant feedback on the quality of the learning experience and content.


Content Strategy:
Assist in developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with company goals and drives engagement and conversion.
Content Development for

Other Media Channels:
Create compelling, informative creative content for our website, blog, social media channels, newsletters, and other digital platforms.

Marketing Campaigns:
Creating marketing content for campaigns, including email marketing, advertisements, and landing pages.

SEO Optimization:

Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility.


Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Experience in creating engaging and interactive content
Experience in working with gamified content (this can be through personal projects or work experience)
Development of bite-size content
Knowledge of instructional design principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with gamification is big plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.
English, Psychology, Communications, Education, or related)
