Job Location: Pimpri, Pune Maharashtra, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in SAP and HFM.
- Ensure compliance with Group Accounting Manual and statutory standards.
- Analyze financial performance, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to management.
- Coordinate internal controls and statutory audits with Big4 firms.
- Drive improvements in financial processes including GRIR, revenue recognition, and costing variances.
- Prepare statutory financials in line with Ind-AS and manage audit differences.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure legal entity compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualification: CA with 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting (preferably manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Ind-AS, and local regulations.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO, HFM, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in multicultural environments is a plus.
