Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle for our financial products. You will be responsible for ideating, developing, and scaling products that solve critical customer pain points while driving company growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem, customer-centric design, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and other teams.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap. Identify market opportunities and customer needs through market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations to deliver products on time and within scope.
  • Prioritize customer needs, ensuring that product features enhance user experience, reduce friction, and solve real financial problems.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies that successfully launch and promote new products, ensuring high customer adoption and engagement.
  • Use data analytics to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and iterate on product features to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all products adhere to financial regulations and compliance requirements. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with product offerings.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align product goals with company strategy, and communicate product updates, performance, and challenges effectively.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech, banking, payments, or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the fintech landscape, including regulatory requirements and customer needs.
  • Proven track record of launching successful financial products such as payments, lending, insurance, investments, etc.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement (KPIs, A/B testing, etc.)
  • Experience in working with NSE/ BSE APIs, Fixed income products like G-sec, T-bills, SGBs, equity trading and zoho APIs or similar financial products.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., TFS, Jira, Clevertap etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of customer centric design concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
