The role requires strong frontend and backend expertise, deep understanding of microservices and APIs, and familiarity with UAE government digital ecosystem standards.As part of a cross-functional team, you will work on building scalable citizen- and business-facing services, ensuring compliance withAbu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA)frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend (UI / UX Development) • Develop user-facing applications usingReact ,TypeScript , andStorybook (DLS) . • Implement responsive and accessible UIs in line with TAMMDesign Language System (DLS) . • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to build citizen-friendly experiences. • Optimize application performance across devices and browsers.Backend (Application Logic & APIs) • Build and maintainNode.jsmicroservices following modular architecture. • Design and optimizeREST / SOAP APIsfor TAMM service integrations. • Work withSQL Serverfor backend storage, schema design, queries, and performance tuning. • Deploy and manage backend services onAzure Kubernetes (AKS)and cloud-native platforms. • Ensure secure integrations withUAE PASS, AD Connect, Abu Dhabi Pay, and other enablers .Cross-Functional / Platform • Participate in thefull software development lifecycle : analysis, design, development, testing, deployment. • Ensure compliance withADDA guidelines, cybersecurity standards, and governance policies . • Integrate analytics and reporting dashboards (Power BI or similar). • Support ongoing enhancements, bug fixing, and production incident resolution. • Document technical designs, workflows, and maintain knowledge base.Required Skills & Experience • 6+ years offull stack developmentexperience. • Strong hands-on withReact.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 . • Backend expertise inNode.js, Express.js, microservices architecture . • Experience withSQL Server , relational DB design, queries, and optimization. • Familiar withKubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps . • Strong understanding ofAPI integrationsand secure data exchange. • Exposure toidentity & access management(UAE PASS, Single Sign-On). • Knowledge ofpayments integration(Abu Dhabi Pay or similar). • Experience working inhighly regulated / government digital ecosystems .Nice to Have • Familiarity withlow-code platforms (TAMM OS 2.0, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian) . • Experience withAI-enabled services(LLMs, chatbots, Azure OpenAI). • Prior work withpublic sector entities in Abu Dhabi / UAE . • Knowledge ofDevOps, observability tools, and automated testing frameworks .Interested candidates may share their resumes athr@namasys.ai
