Role Summary


We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications within the TAMM digital services platform. The role requires strong frontend and backend expertise, deep understanding of microservices and APIs, and familiarity with UAE government digital ecosystem standards.


As part of a cross-functional team, you will work on building scalable citizen- and business-facing services, ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA) frameworks.


Key Responsibilities


Frontend (UI / UX Development)

- Develop user-facing applications using React, TypeScript, and Storybook (DLS).

- Implement responsive and accessible UIs in line with TAMM Design Language System (DLS).

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to build citizen-friendly experiences.

- Optimize application performance across devices and browsers.


Backend (Application Logic & APIs)

- Build and maintain Node.Js microservices following modular architecture.

- Design and optimize REST / SOAP APIs for TAMM service integrations.

- Work with SQL Server for backend storage, schema design, queries, and performance tuning.

- Deploy and manage backend services on Azure Kubernetes (AKS) and cloud-native platforms.

- Ensure secure integrations with UAE PASS, AD Connect, Abu Dhabi Pay, and other enablers.


Cross-Functional / Platform

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing,

deployment.

- Ensure compliance with ADDA guidelines, cybersecurity standards, and governance policies.

- Integrate analytics and reporting dashboards (Power BI or similar).

- Support ongoing enhancements, bug fixing, and production incident resolution.

- Document technical designs, workflows, and maintain knowledge base.


Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of full stack development experience.

- Strong hands-on with React.Js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

- Backend expertise in Node.Js, Express.Js, microservices architecture.

- Experience with SQL Server, relational DB design, queries, and optimization.

- Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of API integrations and secure data exchange.

- Exposure to identity & access management (UAE PASS, Single Sign-On).

- Knowledge of payments integration (Abu Dhabi Pay or similar).

- Experience working in highly regulated / government digital ecosystems.


Nice to Have

- Familiarity with low-code platforms (TAMM OS 2.0, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian).

- Experience with AI-enabled services (LLMs, chatbots, Azure OpenAI).

- Prior work with public sector entities in Abu Dhabi / UAE.

- Knowledge of DevOps, observability tools, and automated testing frameworks.
