Non-Core Procurement Specialist

- Perform PR to PO conversion tasks within the Procurement SSC vertical, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Follow-up with Buyers for resolution of gaps in purchase requisition for creation of purchase orders
- Process and manage transactions related to Procurement sub-processes in adherence to SOPs and associated SLAs.
- Perform operational tasks in various Procurement processes like PO creation across categories and BUs
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, documentation, and records in accordance with quality std.
- Timely and accurately respond to inquiries, requests, or issues raised by internal stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality services and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to SLAs and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with functional process owners to resolve complex queries or issues, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to established processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Follow relevant policies and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation, job aids, and training materials.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, suggesting ideas for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collect, validate operational data and support Executive - Information Management to prepare timely reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in training programs or skill development activities to enhance knowledge and capabilities.
Experience : 15+ years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain with a proven track record in Procurement operations for an organization of appropriate repute.
