Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and efficient HR Executive/Trainee to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR policy communication, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced and people-centric work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to issuing offer letters.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain accurate HR records including compensation, incentives, health, and insurance data.
  • Update and manage employee master data in the ERP HR module.
  • Support workplace safety compliance and handle related HR issues.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives such as activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Clearly communicate HR policies to employees and address related queries.
  • Handle employee grievances and serve as a liaison between HR and staff.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Smart, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Prior internship or experience in HR recruitment/operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR tools, ERP software, or Excel is an added advantage
