Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote and expand our hotel's B2B business in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will actively visit the offices of potential B2B partners, such as travel agencies, corporate offices, and event planners, to generate new leads, build strong relationships, and close business deals. The position is field-based and requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Lead Generation :
• Identify and approach potential B2B clients, including travel agents, corporate offices, and event planners, to promote hotel services.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals. 2. Client Meetings :
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential partners to pitch hotel services and packages.
• Present customized solutions to meet the specific needs of clients. 3. Relationship Building :
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners to ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Mumbai-based clients. 4. Market Research :
• Research and understand the Mumbai market to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Keep updated on competitor offerings and market trends. 5. Reporting :
• Provide regular updates and reports on client visits, leads, and sales performance to the management.
• Share feedback and insights from the field to refine sales strategies. Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, travel industry or B2B sales (minimum 2 year).
• Strong understanding of Mumbai's B2B market, particularly travel agencies and corporate businesses.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to travel extensively within Mumbai for client meetings.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations or services is a plus. Additional Information:
• Trial Period : The position includes a 1-month trial period. Successful candidates may be considered for a long-term role based on performance.
• Travel : The role requires frequent travel within Mumbai to meet clients.
• Compensation : ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month during the trial period, based on experience and performance.
