Job Summary:We are looking for an experiencedIdentity and Access Management (IAM) Engineerwith strong expertise inMicrosoft Active Directory (AD),Azure AD, andaccess governance. The role involves managing, securing, and optimizing identity infrastructure, ensuring compliance, and enabling seamless authentication and authorization across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintainIAM solutionsfocusing onActive Directory,Azure AD, andrelated identity systems. Manage and supportuser provisioning, authentication, and access controlprocesses across enterprise applications. Implement and enforcerole-based access control (RBAC),group policies (GPOs), andsecurity baselines. SupportSingle Sign-On (SSO)andMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA)integrations usingAzure AD, ADFS, or third-party IAM tools(e.g., Okta, Ping, SailPoint). Monitor and troubleshootdirectory replication, domain controllers, DNS, and trust relationships. Ensureidentity lifecycle management, including onboarding/offboarding, privilege management, and access reviews. PerformActive Directory health checks, audit logs, and implement corrective measures for vulnerabilities. Collaborate withsecurity and compliance teamsto meet audit, SOX, and regulatory requirements. Automate routine IAM tasks usingPowerShell or scripting languages. Participate inincident responsefor identity-related security incidents. Evaluate and implementmodern IAM practices, includingZero Trust,Privileged Access Management (PAM), andIdentity Governance and Administration (IGA)frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. 5+ yearsof hands-on experience withActive DirectoryandIAM technologies. Strong knowledge ofADDS, ADFS, Azure AD, Group Policy, LDAP, DNS, and Kerberos. Experience implementingSSO,MFA, andFederation Services. Proficiency withPowerShell scriptingfor identity automation and administration. Familiarity withPAM tools(e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic) andIGA platforms(e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt). Understanding ofidentity security best practices,Zero Trust, andleast privilege models. Experience withidentity governance processes(access certification, role mining, segregation of duties). Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
