About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team, helping to translate business needs into technical requirements.

The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify improvements, and support the successful implementation of projects that align with the organization's Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives.

- Conduct detailed business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.

- Develop clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and use cases to guide development teams.

- Facilitate communication between business users, project managers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Assist in the design and testing of new systems, workflows, and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.

- Support project planning, scope management, and change control activities.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help resolve issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Analyze data and generate reports to support business decisions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology.

- Provide training and support to end-users when new systems or processes are Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors /master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Proficiency in requirements documentation, process mapping, and workflow design.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).

- Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
