Role : Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with Integration Experience.

Location : Chennai & Hyderabad.

Experience : 4-7 Years.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.

- Design, develop, and manage integration solutions using tools such as RabbitMQ, Postman, Apache, Kafka, or MS MQ.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in integration pipelines and message queues to ensure seamless data flow between services.

- Automate deployment, monitoring, and alerting processes for system integrations to minimize manual intervention.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to establish SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for integrated systems.

- Monitor and analyze system metrics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and system configurations.

- Ensure system security and compliance by implementing necessary security protocols and regular audits.

Mandatory Skills :

- Integration Tools : Hands-on experience with at least one of the following :

1. RabbitMQ.

2. Postman.

3. Apache.

4. Kafka.

5. MS MQ.

- Site Reliability Engineering : Expertise in SRE principles, including monitoring, automation, and incident management.

- Programming & Scripting : Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- System Monitoring : Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk for monitoring and alerting.

- Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment and management of cloud-based systems.

Desired Skills :

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.

- Knowledge of distributed systems architecture and troubleshooting.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
