Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Interior Designer with 2–5 years of experience. The role involves conceptualizing, space planning, 3D visualization, BOQ preparation, and on-site execution for a wide range of projects. This is a great opportunity for designers eager to work on diverse projects and grow with a reputed design firm in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities Handle interior design projectsfrom concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction. Understand client requirements and createinnovative layouts, elevations, and design presentations. Preparemood boards, 3D renders, GFC drawings, and detailed working drawings. Developcost estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and project timelinesin Excel. Research and sourcefurniture, finishes, décor elements, materials, lighting, and accessories. Coordinate witharchitects, consultants (MEP/structural), vendors, and contractors. Conductregular site visitsto supervise project progress and ensure adherence to specifications. Stay updated onlatest interior design trends, tools, and materials. Requirements Experience:2–5 years inresidential, commercial, or office interior design. Software Skills:Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Excel. Design Skills:Strong inspace planning, material selection, lighting design, custom furniture, and color theory. Communication:Excellent verbal & written communication skills forclient and vendor coordination. Project Management:Ability to managemultiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
