The Job

Job Summary:

The FIBC Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs), also known as bulk bags, jumbo bags, or big bags. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in industries such as agriculture, chemicals, food, construction, and minerals.

Key Responsibilities:.

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline for FIBC products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Identify new applications and industries for FIBC products.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and production teams on customer requirements.

4. Coordination & Support

  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work closely with the technical team to customize FIBC solutions based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.


The Profile

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in FIBC, packaging, or industrial products.
  • Must have knowledge of FIBC types, materials (PP, PE), and industry standards (ISO, UN certification).
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications of FIBC products.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
