Complementing their platform, Qapita offers equity compensation and share plan design consulting services, valuation and financial reporting expertise, and private market liquidity solutions tailored to meet the needs of both shareholders and employees.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Operations Intern role in the Customer Onboarding ESOP Liquidity Team, Customer Success. Located on-site in Bangalore. The Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting with client communication, analytical tasks, coordinating with Vendors for the timely collection of data points, communicating within the team, managing operations to build a process, and assisting with project management tasks.QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Operations ManagementStrong Communication skillsProject Management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsInterest in the financial and technology sectors is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fieldHow to ApplyInterested candidates can apply on or send their CV to careers@qapita.com.
