Description: Quant Analytics Manager - Digital Channels

As Quant Analytics Vice President you will perform and provide data diagnostic insights for our Digital Channels Product area. Your knowledge and expertise will be key to developing and maintaining features that lower risk and protect our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design & development of metrics as well as ongoing metric monitoring

- Develop diagnostic capabilities to proactively look for and identify attack vectors

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support ongoing management and product area business initiatives

- Build and work in a controlled environment

- Participate in roadmap discussions and capture data requirements to feed into our data roadmap

- Actively drive efficiencies by using data, reporting, and analysis to develop and recommend improvements in existing operational processes

- Synthesize analytical findings; be a storyteller who clearly and concisely articulates analytical findings in a compelling way that enables senior leadership to confidently make evidence-based decisions

- May lead a small team of individuals including professional development and effective performance management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in quantitative/analytical function

- Proficiency in a range of statistical methods and tools including SQL and Python

- Ability to develop advanced data visualization and presentations (Tableau, Alteryx)

- Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, drawing conclusions and insights to design and recommend system or process improvements

- Experience defining and establishing effective controls

- Excellent communication and the ability to present to an executive audience

- Robust relationship management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

- Experience in Banking or Digital related environment

- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
