- Daily responsibilities include processing BAU requests accurately & efficiently.
- Monitor and review the major processes and procedures with a high impact in Accounts payable to identify and escalate potential issues.
- Represents the team in group client meetings to facilitate issue resolution
- Handle high priority payments and related queries, along with ad-hocs.
- Maintain process documents and ensure timely updates and re-certifications.
- Internal reporting/escalation of any issues/mismatches which arise as a matter of urgency.
- Act as a point of contact, as part of a team, for all payment related matters as well as create and maintain excellent relations with key business partners
- Graduate with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience
- Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should be a team player.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues, and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate.
- Strong PC and analytical skills. Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- General understanding of ERP system preferably SAP and invoice submission tools.
- Flexible to rotational shifts if required
