Position: Senior Conference Producer, ET Infra

Job Overview: As a Conference Producer at ET Infra, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact conferences tailored for professionals in the infrastructure and construction sectors. Your role will encompass research, content creation, and event management to ensure the delivery of successful and engaging events that meet the needs of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create conference agendas and develop compelling content that resonates with infrastructure executives, focusing on emerging trends, innovation, and best practices.
• Speaker Management: Identify, source, and secure high-profile speakers from the infrastructure, construction, and technology sectors, managing their participation and relationships effectively.
• Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships within the infrastructure community, fostering engagement and collaboration beyond the conference through continuous communication and networking opportunities.
• Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to attract and retain the target audience, ensuring high attendance and participant satisfaction by offering relevant, high-quality content and networking opportunities.
• Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and key industry stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize event value.
• Performance Analysis: Measure event success through attendee feedback, performance metrics, and post-event analysis, using insights to enhance future conferences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in conference production, event management, or a related field, with a focus on the infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of the infrastructure and construction industries, including the key challenges, trends, and needs of professionals in the sector.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage senior executives and industry leaders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
