About The Role

Create compelling video content by combining advanced editing expertise (Premiere Pro and After Effects or DaVinci Resolve) with contemporary AI tools. This role requires strong technical proficiency, creative versatility, and the ability to maintain consistent quality across different brand requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Edit and produce videos that precisely match different brand guidelines and visual styles
• Create dynamic, fast-paced content with smooth transitions, text overlays, and visual effects
• Develop compelling story structures from raw footage and script materials
• Collaborate with shooting teams to ensure footage is captured in ways that maximize editing potential
• Provide on-set consultation for shot framing, composition, and coverage needed for specific editing styles
• Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and music to enhance viewer engagement
• Optimize content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Interpret and execute creative briefs accurately
• Implement feedback and revisions efficiently
• Utilize AI tools strategically to enhance workflow and creative output where appropriate

Required Skills and Qualification

• 1+ years of professional video editing experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility across different brand styles
• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Proven ability to interpret and execute different brand guidelines
• Experience with fast-paced, tutorial-style video editing
• Strong understanding of YouTube optimization and trending editing styles
• Excellent eye for pacing, timing, and visual flow
• Proficiency in color correction and audio mixing
