Responsibilities:

  1. Address customer inquiries related to the usage and application support of electronic test and measurement instruments, including oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
  2. Provide assistance to customers in instrument and application setup, ensuring smooth implementation and operation.
  3. Ensure timely resolution of issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  4. Oversee the software upgrade process, ensuring seamless transitions and enhanced functionality for customers.
  5. Offer expert user testing and valuable product feedback to inform the continuous improvement efforts of the product development teams.
  6. Support custom development requests, tailoring solutions to meet specific customer needs and requirements.
  7. Provide technical support to the sales and marketing team in pre-sales activities, including the creation of market-oriented articles and the coordination of marketing events.


Requirements:

  1. Possess 3-5 years of experience in the electronics industry, with a strong understanding of electronic test and measurement equipment.
  2. Familiarity with a range of test and measurement tools, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and others.
  3. Hold a 4-year Technical Degree in Electronics with expertise in electrical and RF applications, or demonstrate equivalent experience in the field.
  4. Experience in the design, testing, or debugging of embedded systems would be advantageous.
  5. Proficiency in MATLAB, LabView, Python, LXI, and other automation tools is a plus, enhancing the ability to streamline processes and optimize performance.
  6. Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written German, enabling effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
