Please do not contact the recruiter directly.DescriptionTheCorporate Responsibility and Communication Coordinatorwill contribute to a range of initiatives, mainly supporting the following teams:TheCorporate Responsibilityteam: Assisting with the administration and communication of WTW’s matching gifts and charitable giving programsTheCommunication Digitalteam: Supporting activities that relate to our internal digital tools and reportingThe External and Internal Communication teams: Helping with the development of communication assets in a variety of different mediaThis individual will work as part of a delivery team, with opportunities to learn from corporate responsibility, digital tools and reporting, internal communication and change management, external communication, project management and other professionals.ResponsibilitiesWork with theCorporate Responsibilityteam to manage WTW’s matching gifts and charitable giving programs, ensuring compliance with requirements, managing the shared mailboxes and responding to colleague inquiries about the submission process, eligibility and status of their submissionAdminister the matching gift and charitable giving programs efficiently and consistently, ensuring alignment with policies and guidance, using established communication frameworks and templates when possibleConduct thorough research to validate charitable organizations, especially when information is limited or difficult to accessManage the charitable giving program log (including accurate data entry), help to develop and test the PowerApps matching gift form product enhancements and identify opportunities to streamline, improve and update processes and strategies for both the matching gifts and charitable giving programsWork with theCommunication Digitalteam to support reporting on communication-related metrics, demographics and trends; updating Communication function intranet pages; and answering colleague inquiries on internal digital toolsManage communication/distribution channels (such as Viva Engage, Teams Live Events and Town Halls, intranet content, Poppulo, and Outlook mailboxes and distribution lists); experience with these tools is a plus (training will be provided)Work with theExternal and InternalCommunicationteams to develop content, edit and format deliverables in a variety of media, and coordinate activities for the review/approval and distribution processesCreate project plans and timelines for deliverables and activities; gather and synthesize relevant information from various subject matter experts; manage the review and approval process to ensure timely deliveryReview and edit documents for clarity, consistency and quality; ensure adherence with WTW brand and style standards, using WTW AI tools to support the review processCoordinate with other resources/vendors as needed (such as intranet advisory, translation and video production)Continue to develop technical knowledge and skills in the areas of corporate giving, digital tools and reporting (including AI), internal communication and change management, and external communication/public relationsQualificationsRequirementsThree-plus years of corporate communication, public relations, marketing or corporate responsibility experience; Global Service Delivery Center environment experience a plus; WTW experience also a plusStrong research skills — ability to locate, verify and synthesize information from diverse sourcesGood communicator with excellent all-around listening, writing, editorial and interpersonal skillsExperience with data entry, interpretation and validationProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint; experience in AI and PowerBI a plusDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross team, cross functionally and cross culturallyDetail-oriented, organized and adaptable with solid business and financial acumenAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects, self-manage and prioritize workloadExperience handling sensitive and confidential issuesCan work flexibly — with colleagues in multiple locations and sometimes over extended hours, as requiredSynthesizes direction, navigates ambiguity and prioritizes actions from a variety of stakeholdersTakes initiative and demonstrates a proactive approach to problem solving; works efficiently and effectively under pressure and in an environment of continuous improvementA fast learner with a “can do” and “figure it out” attitude
