Job Responsibilities : - Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs and web services.- Drive technical discussions, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to clean code practices and architecture standards.- Work hands-on with technologies including Node.js, Nest.js, React/Next.js, and TypeScript.- Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases (preferably MongoDB and MySQL).- Ensure adherence to operational processes such as TAT for bugs, CMC, RCA, and other critical incident protocols.- Contribute to and enforce documentation standards across the development lifecycle.- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to ensure cloud readiness and performance optimization.Required Skills : - Understanding of frameworks like Next.js, Nest.js.- Knowledge of SAST (eg SonarQube, Snyk etc), DAST (eg Checkmarks etc) is good to have.- Nice to have Kafka, Redis, and Microservices.- A desire to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment by taking ownership and delivering the performance.- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and architectural patterns.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending solutions.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- 6 + Years of Experience in software Development.
