Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals in the leather and stationery product categories. The role includes managing relationships with customers, expanding the client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify potential customers for leather and stationery products through market research.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by creating effective sales strategies.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Respond to customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions based on customer needs.
Handle client concerns or complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and manage long-term client relationships.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand trends in the leather and stationery products industry.
Monitor customer preferences and stay updated on new product trends and developments.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports, including performance analysis, market trends, and projections.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Promotions and Marketing Support:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, special offers, and product launches.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's leather and stationery products.
