Sales & Marketing Executive (Male/Female)

Location: Tirunelveli

Company: Sri Kumaran Plastic (HDPE Pipe Manufacturer)

Role & Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling

  • Handle Justdial & WhatsApp enquiries – share price list, follow-up, convert to order
  • Maintain Google Sheet Lead Tracker (daily update)
  • Payment confirmation, dispatch coordination
  • Local shop visit (if male staff) – introduce SKP products & get orders

Marketing & Digital Work

  • Shoot small videos (product, dispatch, installation demo) using mobile
  • Edit videos (CapCut, VN, InShot – basic tools ok)
  • Upload & manage YouTube channel (title, description, thumbnail update)
  • Post WhatsApp status daily (dispatch, customer feedback, offers)
  • Help create product photos & flyers (Canva basic design)

Requirements

  • Qualification: +2 / Degree (Any)
  • Knowledge: WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheet, basic mobile video editing
  • Interest in learning sales & marketing
  • Good communication in Tamil (English optional)
  • Two-wheeler (for male – field visit only)

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 / month
  • Incentives: ₹100–₹200 per order
  • Fuel allowance (for field visit staff)
  • Monthly bonus on sales target achievement
