Position: ATS Admin (Ceipal / Job Diva)Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM ISTAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ATS Admin (Ceipal / Job Diva) to manage and optimize our Ceipal Health talent management platform. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Ceipal, VMS platforms, and digital marketing, who can handle operational tasks, lead generation, audits, and reporting efficiently. Healthcare domain experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and operate the Ceipal Health talent management platform, including job postings, candidate submissions, and report generation. - Coordinate with Account Managers and handle new user accounts, access permissions, and IP restrictions. - Maintain Points of Contact (POCs), company profiles, privacy settings, and candidate hotlists. - Provide training and guidance to the team on Ceipal functionalities, including voicemail setup, search criteria, note entries, and job advertising. - Oversee IP permissions, report access, and ensure compliance with Ceipal Health processes. - Administer call recording systems and generate usage reports. - Manage user logins, including creation, password resets, blocking/unblocking, and privacy settings. - Conduct audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting. - Support lead generation initiatives using ATS data and marketing insights. - Utilize advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, logical functions, conditional formatting) for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. - Collaborate with teams to integrate digital marketing efforts for candidate sourcing and engagement.Requirements:- Hands-on experience with Ceipal Health and VMS platforms. - Strong understanding of IP restrictions, privacy, and compliance practices. - Expertise in Advanced Excel for data analysis and dashboards. - Knowledge of digital marketing practices as applied to talent acquisition. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams. - Healthcare domain experience is preferred.Education & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - 2-4 years of relevant experience in MIS, ATS administration, Ceipal Health, or VMS platforms.Why Join Us:- Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the healthcare recruitment space. - Exposure to advanced ATS and digital marketing practices. - Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.Perks and benefits- Drop cab facility for female employees - Supportive team and professional developmentLocation: InteliX Systems, HyderabadApply Now: Send your resume to swathi.kolisetty@intelixsys.comContact: 6301535020
