MERN Stack Developer

Job Title : MERN Stack Developer Experience : 2- 6 Years Location : Gurugram Employment Type : Full-time Joining : Immediate About the Role :- We are looking for an experienced and passionate MERN Full Stack Developer with 2- 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and TypeScript, along with a good understanding of modern frameworks, architecture design, automation, and best coding practices. - The selected candidate will play a key role in developing robust applications, optimizing performance, ensuring code quality, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Candidates with team leadership or mentoring experience will be preferred for senior positions. Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions using the MERN stack. - Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirement analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Build scalable, efficient, and reusable components, libraries, and frameworks. - Integrate and manage third-party APIs (REST/SOAP) and SDKs. - Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2.0, and related standards. - Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and standards. - Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding guidelines, and maintain clean Git workflows (branching, merging, PRs). - Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. - Work with databases (MongoDB, MySQL) to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure efficient data handling. - Implement responsive UI using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern CSS3 features (Grid, Flexbox, media queries). - Write unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest and Enzyme and adopt test-driven development practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring application performance and scalability. - Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks and suggest improvements to enhance development efficiency. For senior candidates :- Lead and mentor a small team of developers, conduct design reviews, and guide technical decisions. - Define development workflows, enforce coding standards, and ensure delivery excellence. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies. - Introduce automation and AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for faster prototyping and debugging.
