Role : Customer Success Intern Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid) Department: Customer Success Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering value to customers. This role offers hands-on exposure to client engagement, product adoption strategies, and real-world problem-solving in industrial AI.. Key Responsibilities Support the creation of customer documentation, guides, and training material. Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends, adoption patterns, and potential issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to relay customer insights and suggest improvements. Participate in customer review calls and prepare meeting summaries/reports. Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving retention, upselling opportunities, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Mining / Petroleum) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Interest in SaaS products, AI solutions, or industrial technologies is a plus. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
