Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics GP

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experiencedSenior Techno-Functional Consultantwith deep expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)and exposure to otherMicrosoft Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions . The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of business processes and hands-on technical skills inMS SQL Server ,.NET , andMicrosoft technologiesfor UI and integration development.Key Responsibilities: · Lead implementation, customization, and support ofMicrosoft Dynamics GPand other Dynamics modules as needed. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports usingSQL Server ,.NET , andMicrosoft UI technologies . Support modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM. Work with tools likeModifier ,Dexterity ,Integration Manager ,eConnect , andSmartList Builder . Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage. Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Required Skills & Qualifications: · 10+ years of experience inMicrosoft Dynamics GP(Great Plains). Working knowledge of otherMicrosoft Dynamics products(e.g., Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365). Strong SQL Server skills – queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization. Proficiency in.NET Framework ,C# ,VB.NET , andASP.NET . Experience withMicrosoft technologieslike Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead small teams.Preferred Qualifications: · Microsoft certifications in Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365. Experience with cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
